STATEMENT OF VALUATION'S. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, May 20. The New Zealand clip for 1017-18 may be said to be practically disposed of, in so i'a'r a3 greasy, wool is concerned. There arc still crutchings to come in, but for all practical purposes the wool year is endedThe quantities valued at the various centres are as follows:
The average weight per bale was 387$ pounds. Roughly, the average per pound is a fraction over Is 2%d. The quantities of wool delivered to local njills amount to 10,750 bales, distributed from the; following centres:— Wellington 3IS bales, Blenheim 280, Napier 000, Auckland 454, Chrlstchnrch 67»6, Timaru 2481, Oamaru f)221, Duu« edin 7071, Invcreargill 562.
