ADVANCE IN PERSIA. TURKS AND KURDS. Received May 20, 8.20 p.m. London, May 19. A Tifli« newspaper reports that Tturk"iah regulars and Kurds are advancing in Persia, and have occupied Sujbulak and Ushnuc, south of Lake Urmia. A despatch from Tabriz says the Turklah objective is Enzeli, which has become to the British. the base for the Central Powers' menace
