CAPTAIN SEDDON'S DISGUST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Hokitika, May IC. Captain T. Seddon, M.P., in a personal letter to a -constituent, written from France, expresses disgust at the neglect shown by the Government of the Westland district during his absence on military duties. He says that letters he has received, together with press reports, make it clear that reasonable consideration is not being given to the wants of a growing district. Captain Seddon has written to some Ministers complaining of the neglect, which he feels very much under the circumstances. He concludes: "Can Ido i"-n\ ewept come myself I"
