SURRENDER OF RUSSIAN FLEET.
A GERMAN DEMAND.
THE RUSSIAN CONDITIONS. Received May IG, 2 25 p.m Paris, May 13. ' A Moscow telegram states that, replying to the German demand for the immediate surrender of the Russian Black Sea fleet, the authorities say that the Russian Government is prepared to contest to its return to Sebastopol provided the limits of the Austro-Turfco-German occupation of Russia, also the frontiers of Ukraine and Finland, are definitely specified; that hostilities on the Russian territory immediately cease, and that Anstro-German forces completely evacuate Sebastopol.—'Press Assoc. OCCUPATION OF MOSCOW. GERMANY'S ULTIMATUM. Washington, May 14. Official advices here state that the Hermans have sent an ultimatum to the Russian Soviet demanding a German occupation of Moscow, the disbandment ef military un ts, and the reduction of VBwnants. —Aus.-X.Z.
