EVERYBODY'S,: GEORGE WALSH IN NEW FOX FEATURE TO-NIGHT. Fun rampant is the only phrase which can be used to describe the newest production in which George Walsh appears for William Fox, "The Book Agent," which will be shown at Everybody's theatre to-night and to-morrow. George, takes the part of a wandering peddler of tomes, who combines with his keen business ability a genial personality that wins friends in the midst of enemies. Harry Kelly is the man's name. Because he attracts the attention 1 of Crandall Barker (William Burress), a wealthy invalid, he becomes attached to his staff as a sort of personal attendant. Then Kelly learns-of. an attempt on Barker's. life, and, with the assistance of a pretty nurse (Doris iPawn), he frustrates it. In the end, Kelly marries the nurse, who turns out to he none other than Barker's own granddaughter, and the heiress to' all his millions. Kelly stops selling books. Girls rush in where villains fear to tread. Two, three, or a dozen men have, thus far in George's photographic work, been unable to best the King of Smiles. But in this new production a mere band of seminary girls succeed in doing what scores of men have failed in. They conquer George, from head to heel, and drag him into the school study. The strength and power which he has exhibited in a hundred thousand feet of film are his no more. George is satisfied, so will you be alter Being this splendid production "The Book Agent." Supporting films include a clever Cartoon novelty and a two-reel L.K.O. comedy entitled "A Double's Trouble." THE EMPIRE. .ALICE BRADY IN BIG FEATURE AT THE EMPIRE. When the man returns from Cuba, Adoree's child is presented to him as his own.. The shock of losing her child restores to Adoree the memory which she had lost at th» de:iruction"of her home. She recalls her marriage arid the sudden departure of her husband to the front.
