EVERY MEMBER BOUND TO LOYALTY", By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, May 9.' At a meeting of tlie Canterbury Provincial Centre of the Second Division League to-night, the fo!Iov,-ing motion was carried unanimously:—"That this council interprets the constitution of the league as binding every member to loyalty and to the support of the Government in carrying out the Military Service Act in its entirety, and as indicating his willingness to serve under that Act, and any man or woman in claiming membership accept this interpretation of the constitution.''
