BULGARIA.
UNDER GERMAN CONTROL. Amsterdam, May 10. A Vienna telegram states that, in exchange for her territorial acquisitions in the Dohrudja, Bulgaria will recognise and consolidate all ber floating debts in Germany for army supplies. The Sobranje will be asked to vote B milliards of marks and a 4% per cent. loan will be raised for that amount. A German-Bulgar company will exploit Constanza harbor, also the Con-stanza-Cernavoda railway line.—Reuter. (Cernavoda by a railway 35 miles in length. Ships too large to enter the mouth of the Danube and follow its winding course would unload at Constanza.)
