By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The atmospheric pressure has decreased slightly to-day? but it is still above normal. 'The wind lias been moderate and variable. Fair to oloudy weathei continued generally, but occasional light, scattered rainfall lhas been reported in the South Island. Present indications are for moderate io strong easterly to northerly winds northwards of' New Plymouth and Xapier, with northerlies prevailing and increasing shortly. Mild and hazy conditions are probable, and change to unsettled weather is likely to follow generally. The barometer has a falling tendency.
