By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Anti-cyclonic pressure continues to dominate th© weather conditions, ihut rain ha s been reported to-day in northern and south-western parts and at New Plymouth. Winds have "been variable, moderate to strong westerlies predominating. Present indications are south-westerly breezes, veering to freshening northerlies. Kxpoct increasing cloudiness, haze, and change to follow. Barometer falling everywhere soon for extensive area of low preseuro due to pass in the south in ths early part of nest week.
