THE MAYO CASE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, May 8. The Board of Education unanimously resolved that the resolution reinstating Mr. H. W- Mayo he rescinded, and that the board requests Mr. Mayo to send in his resignation (Mr H. W. Mayo, who was fined £35 for disloyal utterances, sent in his resignation, which the 'hoard refused to accept.)
