SURRENDER OF-RED ARMY. RUSSIANS CONCENTRATE ON FINNISH FRONTIER. Received May 5, 5.5 p.m. Copenhagen, May 3. The greater part of the Red Army lias surrendered near Lathis, 12,000 being taken prisoners.
