CONSPIRACY CHARGE. j Australian Cable Association- 1 Sydney, May 1. Robert Millett has been committed for trial for conspiracy in June, 1016, with Brenda Stewart Cross to cheat and defraud George Regan of large sums of money. The prosecution stated that Brenda Cross liad been charged with the offence in New Zealand, but had been discharged, and the application for extradition had failed.
