JUNE CAPRICE IN "A SMALL TOWN GIRL," AND MILDRED MANNING IN "TPE SECRET HUSBAND." ' -
A record programme will be introduced at Everybody's for , to-morrow and Friday, when the two big and popular film successes will be included on the list. The winsome June Caprice will star in a Fox feature, "A Small Town Girl." This, is a really pretty story of a guileless country girl who gets into the swirl of a scries of thrilling adventures when she comes to "little old New York." Miss Caprice is ably supported by that clever Fox! juvenile actress, Jane Lee. The secolid big attraction is a Greater Vitagraph comedy-drama, "Mary Jane's ■L'a" or "The Secret Husband." The stage version created an all wide sensation in America, and the picturisation •is wonderful. Mildred Manning is the star, ably supported by Marc McDermott. "THE BANG BOYS ARE HERE." Considerable interest is being taken in Waitara in the performance which The Bang Boys Company is to give there on Friday evening. There are a number of returned boys taking part, and in the first scene, which represents a part of the front line trenches in France, they prove themselves quite at home, and do not seem to care the slightest about Fritz. In the second scene the New Zealanders are seen on leave, after being relieved from the firing line. It is here that the popularity bf the New Zealanders is once more demonstrated, and also shows that life in France has its bright sides as well as its dark. Following the interval, we see the arrival of Lady Doolittle's AllEnglish Concert Party, dressed in their quaint little costumes,' : which, by the way, are very effective. ' The talent in the" concert party is exceedingly good, this alone is worth going a long way to see. Altogether ,it is a bright and breezy performance, and miles ahead of anything yet attempted by any company in these parts, and a crowded house is sure to greet the rise of the curtain to-morrow night. The box plan is at Gribbon's, and to avoid disappointment patrons are advised to reserve their seats early.
