DEALING WITH MILITARY DEFAULTERS. Chrißtchuroh, April 29. The Canterbury College Board of Gov-. ernors to-day adopted the following rv* " commendations of the Profeisottal Board: "That no defaulters under the-' Military Service Act Shall be allowed' to attend lectures, at Canterbury College, and that in the event of any student becoming a defaulter his triune be wstpd on the main notice board at the < Arising out of the New Zealand £unnational Institute's circular, the bowd decided to urge the National Government to make provision for improve* . ment and extension of the eduefcttou, 1 system of New Zealand.
