REVOLUTIONARY RIOTS.
Copenhagen, April 28. Recent telegrams from I'etrograd say that rumors are current of serious riots. Tt is even suggested that a counterrevolution lias started. The transport of Russians- from Finland stopped three days ago owing to riots.
