A GERMAN LIE EXPOSED
New York, April 2S. General March, Chief of Staff, says the German statement that American aviators are voyaging on hospital ships is an unmitigated falsehood.

SOLIDLY BEHIND Ali fIES SOCIALIST PROPAGANDA DENOUNCED.
Ottawa, April '27. ■ Mr Gompers, President of the American "Federation of Labour, addressing the Canadian Club, said that American labour was solidly behind the Allies. They denounced the Socialist propaganda, as traitorous and refused to consider any peace proposals until Germany was defeated. Mr Gompers previously addressed Parliament, assuring it of the United States good will towards Canada.
