ACCUSED KEEOIiE THE COURT. ADJOUHXEI) Foil SEVEN DAYS. At llic New Plymouth Magistrate's Court yesterday morning, before Mr. A. Crookc, S.M., Frederick William Roebuck, Arthur Leigh Corbetl ami Frederick Thomas McUrcgor were 'charged with breaking mid entering ami stealing from Oreenway liros' store at Okato, oil April 28tii, 2 eases of kerosene and one case of benzine, of the value of ,C 3 Jus. Sub-Inspector Ilutton, who represented the police, applied for a remand until Monday next, May 0. The application was granted Mr A H. Johnstone appeared for Roebuck and Corbett and asked for bail, and Mr D. Hutchen (for Mr. Qui-1-liam) made a similar application on behalf of McGregor. Bail was granted, accused each in his own recognisance of £25 and one surety of £25.
