HOLLAND WARNED. GERMAN PATIENCE LIMITED. V PROTEST AGAINST DICTATORSHIP IN UKRAINE. Received April 28, 5.20 pjn. Amsterdam, April 20. The North German Gazette denies that large masses of Austrian troops have been sent to the West front. Count Szterenyfg attempt to form a Hungarian Cabinet has failed. Captain von Salzmann, writing in the Voßsische Zeitung anent the attack on Zeebrugge, describes it as "damned plucky," and proceeds to address a remarkable threat to Holland, on the ground that the attack clearly indicates that neutrals are greatly menaced by the British. He states that Holland can still keep out of the war, but must realise there is an end to German patience, and when her existence is at stake there cannot be any hesitation. He adds: "Let Holland reflect on these critical hours. Cur policy cannot deviate. There's no way out." In the Reichstag General Schultze ■tated that hitherto two and three- . quarter millions of the wounded were able to return to the front, while there were 629,000 who had been discharged at unfit for service, including 70,000 cripples. A Socialist deputy stated that General von Scharn had established a military dictatorship in the Ukraine, hence Germany was getting no supplies from thence.'
