MORE MEN APPEAL.

DAIRY COMPANY'S FINK SPIRIT. Major Cox, Group Commander, has received the following letter from the secretary of the North Taranaki Dairy Factory Co., Ltd., Waitara, Which speaks for itself:—"ln view of the dire necessity for sending more men from this Dominion to the front, the directors of this company have decided that they will release Janes C. Balsem and George Arnold, two employees for whom we appealed and who were granted sine die leave as from May 20, 1917, both of whom can, if turned down or when they return, titke up their present positions again. But the meantime they quite recognise the necessity of the more men appeal, and have taken the steps aa above advised."
