This clears up the mystery which tlie police have been investigating throughout the week. The deceased peer was SO years of ago, and was frequently absent for weeks or months on cycling or walking tours. He disappeared on It now appears that he cycled 90 miles from Yeovil, and visited his brother en routs. Apparently he lost his way in the pitch darkness while searchng for a cycle lamp, and died of exhaustion SENTENCES FOE ELECTION FRAUDS. New York, April 20.
