COLLAPSE OF INQUIRE CASE, By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, April 20, The inquiry into the administratioityof the estate of Rangikerehomi, a young | Wairarapa X&tive, and the connection i therewith of Mr. Cheimels, fonnedj; [Public Trust Agent at Masterton, was ■resumed to-day before Mr. Bishop,_SM. Just before the conclusion of the ■bearing, a telegrarfi was received from Mr. Hornsby, M.P., who instituted the inquiry, stating las regret that no other course was open to him but to retire from the Commission and reqi\st his counsel, through the commissioner, to do the same. He was promised, he said, full inquiry, but wan blocked by counsel.
