FINLAND.
ABO EVACUATED. THIRTEEN' STEAMERS BLOWN UP. Received, April 1!), 2.2 p.m. Stockholm, April 18. The Red Guards evacuated Abo after blowing up thirteen steamers and removing all food. The Germans have functioned with General Mannerheim's army. Tlie whole of western Finland is in the bands of the White Guards.
