TWO WELLINGTON CASES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Two reports received by the Education Board to-day from tho truancy officer caused grave concern. In mw case a hoy of thirteen at a city school was said to be working eighteen hours daily. In another case a boy of thirteen was reported to be working sixteen hour*.
