I MORE ABOUT P. C. WEBB. Wellington, April 9. The statement that P. C. Webb, M.P., travelled in a first class carriage on the way to the prison camp was, it is an-* nounced, made in error. The escort and the prisoner travelled in a second class carriage, but just before reaching Rotorua the sergeant in charge took Private Webb into a vacant first-class carriage for covnience in leaving the train, and the inaccurate report arose from the fact that they were seen descending from that carriage to the station.
