( HEREDITARY TITLES Received April 10, 5.5 pm. Ottawa, April 9. Government Order-in-Council has vbn-n passed providing that no Canadian shall accept hereditary titles, honor or distinction, exclusive of military or naval honors, except as recommended by the Canadian Premier or conferred by the King in proprio motu.
