TENNIS.
ELTHAM v. HAWERA. A strong wind interfered somewhat with play in the match played at Hawera between members representing the above clubs. Apart from the "blow" afternoon was a most enjoyable one, and ended in a win for the visitors by 13 sets to 10, and 142 games to 135.
