CONSCRIPTION POSTjjPONED. London, April 5. Conscription in Ireland js postponed until the Convention's report is published. CONAN DOYLE'S APPEAL. London, April 5. Sir Conan Doyle, in a letter in the Freeman's Journal, urges Ireland to rouse herself to a -ense of duty or Irishmen will be ashamed of their blood. Ireland is as fat as butter and wrangles over the parish pump. If peace came now where would Ireland find a friend. CONVENTION ADOPTS REPORT. Received April 7, 5.5 p.m. London, April 6. The Irish Convention has adopted the chairman's draft report.
