THE CONVOY SYSTEM. VESSELS SHOULD BE GROUPED. j ACCORDING TO SPEED. London, April 3. Liverpool shipowners suggest that convoyed -vessels should be grouped according to speed, thereby effecting a great saving in time. It is understood that the tonnage of the shipbuilding output, to be published to-morrow, will show a considerable improvement on the February total.
CASTLE UNER SUNK, ' TORPEDOED IN EUROPEAN WATERS Washington, April 3. Boston reports that the steamer Carlisle Castle has been torpedoed and sunk in European waters.
