The United States has completed eighteen ships, aggregating 1G2,000 tons, and also launched 31 ships, aggregating 240,000 tons. ; CARGO & TROOPS SAFELY LANDED. Received April 2, 5.5 p.m. Washington, April 1. A United Press message says the Celtic had safely discharged her troops and cargo before she was struck by the torpedo. ARMED STEAMER SUNK. Received April 2, 7.30 p.m. London, April 1. The Admiralty states that a submarine sank the armed steamer Titliomus on the 2Sth March. An officer and three men were lost.
