The Vienna Reichspost states that j political circles in Vienna and Berlin < consider the Central Powers' political object has already been reached on the [ Western front, though the military re- [ suit has not yet bee# decided. The Ger- ! man success must convince the Entente that the latter cannot destroy German militarism, and therefore the retirement of Mr. Lloyd George and M. Ckmenceau is evident. The Reichspost admits, however, that the Entente's counter-offensive has yet to come. It remains to be seen whether the German plan for separating the Anglo-French armies will succeed-
