RESOLUTION OF LOYALTY. Capetown, March 29. The Premier's motion was adopted, after a' heated debate, by 62 votes to 21. The minority was exclusively Nationalist. v On the announcement of the division members rose and sang the National Anthem, an unprecedented occurrence.
