CROWN PRINCE'S VICTORIOUS TROOPS. Received March 2(1, i 1.59 p.m. London, March 28. Wireless German official: The English again brought fresh divisions from other fronts. We drove back tlie enemy northwest of Bapuume from the old crater positions in the direction of Cucquoy and Hebuterne. The enemy fought fruitlessly, though with special stubbornness, for the reconquest of Albert. Strong attacks, accompanied by tanks, sanguinarily broke down on the slopes west of Albert. Our divisions broke through at many points south of the Somme, driving the English and French into an area untouched by the war since 1014. The Crown Prince's victorious troops, in an unintlrruptcd attack, penetrated sixty kilometres from St. Quontin across the Somme, and pushed forward yesterday, reaching Pierrepont. They captured Mont iDidier. Our losses generally are within the normal limit, though we lost heavily at some vital points. It is estimated that from CO to 70 per cent, are only slightly wounded. Artillery battles increased in violence in Lorraine. A later message states that our attack between the Somme and the Ancre captured villages which were toughly defended.
THE AIRMEN'S WORK. Received March 28, 0.30 p.m. London, March -27. The King has sent a message to all ranks of the air services in France expressing his gratification with their splendid achievements in the great battle, adding that he is proud to be their colonel-in-chirf,
