PALESTINE.
POSITIONS EXTENDED. ARABS DESTROY ENEMY CAMEI. COUPS. Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assoc, and Reuter. London, March 25. Mr. Massey, telegraphing from Palestine on Sunday, says:—"On Friday the dismounted Yeomanry made two daring raids ,on the trendies near the Nablus Road. A strong position of the Aniuries Road was rushed when the moon was down, and the fleeing Turks caught in a hot barrage. At another place the Yeomanry crept forward nearly two miles and surprised the Turks i ntheir trenches north of Sinuil, and inflicted severe losses. Oui casualties were very slight. Received March 20, 7.30 p.m. London, March 25. Palestine official: We extended our positions on the left hank of the Jordan. One of our patrolling machines attacked five enemy aeroplanes and brought down three uncontrollable The King of Hedjaz's troops, near Jedahas, 78 miles north-west of Medina, surprised and destroyed a Turkigh camel corps.
