FINLAND.
WRECK. OF GERMAN TRANSPORTS. FIGHTIING PROOEEDIING. Stockholm, March 24. A German transport struck a mine at the Aaland Islands, where the battleship -Ilindeiiburg sank- Also a transport conveying Admiral Meyrer struck a mine and was damaged while rescuing survivors. Received March 23, 5.5 p.m. Copenhagen, March 24. Finnish accounts of the missing German transport Frnnkland states that most of the the soldiers and crow perished, including Admiral von Moyjier. Fighting is proceeding between the Germans and the lied Guards, near Abo. The White Guards have occupied Tarmerfors.
