ARMENIA ATROCITIES.
EXTERMINATION POLICY. London, Marcli 8. Reports have been received by the Armenian Information Bureau indicating that the handing over of Transcaucasia to the Turks will lead to further massacres of Armenians, perhaps their linnl extermination. The Turkisli troops reoceupving Armenia are destroying all the remaining Armenian population. Every Armenian male —man, boy, and babe—at Samsun lias been put to death by the sword. Similar atrocities are being perpetrated in every town and village. M. Boghospasta, president of the Armenian National Delegation in Paris, declares thai, the Armenian nation throughout its whole history was never so near complete annihilation. The Armenians hitherto have always found shelter with their brothers in the Caucasus when danger threatened. Now that that refuge has gone, they are hoijpd to be crushed by the Turks,'and fclftwed by hordes of Kurds and Tartars. M. Boghospnsta is of the opinion that the Turks are unlikely to stop at the frontiers assigned to them. He thinks that they will attempt to fight their way through the Caucasus to Turkestan, preparing a German-Turani-an march towards the border of Persia and Afghanistan.
