Melbourne. March 21. Lord Forrest has resigned the Treasury, and will probably take liis seat ill tile Ilouae of Lords. Received March 21, 5.5 p.m. Melbourne, March 21.. Lord Forrest has been in indifferent health for some time. He resigned for health reasons.
