BELGIAN RELIEF SHIP SEIZED. Copenhagen, .March 17. ' The Germans seized the steamer Prinedsen Ingeborg, carrying grain for the Iclgian Relief Committee, and have :aken her to Kiel, though they promised a safe conduct to Holland. WAIRUNA OFFICERS INTERNED. Dunedin, March 18. The head office of the Union Company have been advised that Captain Saunders and the officers of the Wairuna are prisoners of war at Karlsruhe. They can be communicated with through the London office of the Red Cross Society. The place of internment of the crew was not mentioned in the cable.
