By Telegraph.—Press Association. Atmospheric disturbances are in evidence both to the northwards and southwards of the Dominion, and the disturbance in the far north is appearng now of a cyclonic character. Present indcations are for high and squally north-ea'st to south-east winds, especially in the far north. Expect dull and gloomy weather, foggy in parts, heavy rain being probable generally and rivers rising shortly in the Northern, Esst Coast and Southern districts. The barometer is falling smartly in/ the north, but will be rising shortly in the smith.
