FIRES.
HOTEL AND SHOPS DESTROYED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Gore, March 18. At 1 o'clock on Sunday morning a fire it Riversdale, twenty miles from Gore, destroyed Kelly's Hotel, a two-storey house with 25 rooms, an empty shop n»v' do n r in which C. Gordon lived, an iiny ty shop belonging to .T. C. M'Kenzie, in which Mrs. Greer resided, aud a shop and dwelliijg owned by Mr. J. J. M'Math.
The fire started in M'Kenzie's shop and spread rapidly. Little was saved. The insurances total £2RSO, which tne damage considerably exceeds
