The commander on the northern front arrested Prince IvofT. The Germans are occupying Abo (on the southern coast of Finland) with a force of 3(100, which. with artillery, came from the Aaiand Islands. Tl<e town was bombarded for half an hour. Three Russian torpedoers and a number of mine-sweepers were seized. It is announced that the evacuation of Petrograd is concluded. The inhabitants are prohibited from entering or leaving. All trains have been suspended. The bourgeoise newspaper? are allowed to re-publish.
