GERMANY POLICY IN RUSSIA. PRESS CRITICISM. Amsterdam, March 13. The Herman press is reticent concerning Japan. The only serious comment hitherto is in the Frankfurter Zeitvmg and the Vossische Zeitung. The former declares that Germany lias played the Entente's game of excluding her from Asiatic markets by breaking up Russia and Jug the Entenle an excuse to encourage Japanese penetration. Germany has no more hope now than before of concluding a Far po'icy except in connection with Britain and Russia. Ilerr Ralzmann, in an article in the W.sische, says that Germany's Russian policy has cemented the Anglo-Ameri-can and Anelo-Jauanesc alliances. The security of Anglo-Indian, Australian and I'o'.cnial possessions has been renewed and Germany asain find* herself friendlesf in the world, while Britain laughs in the background.
