AFRAID OF GERMANY. f3E PROPOSED ECONOMIC AGREEMENT. Received March 14, 5.5 p.m. Amsterdam, March 13. The Government announces that unforeseen difficulties threaten the proposed economic agreement between the Allies and Holland. It is believed Germany has objected to Holland placing tonnage at the Allies' disposal. DUTCH SHIPS ON THE RHINE. A SIGNIFICANT ORDER Amsterdam, March 13. The' Telegraaf statts that the Governjien>; has advised owners of Dutch vessel* on the Rhine to recall them from German waters, fearing seizure.
