In consequence of the departure of the eemmissaries to Moscow, a military revolutionary committee has been formed, with Trotsky as president.
An anathema against the Bolsheviks fu read in all the churches.

Harbin reports that General Semonov, the Cossack leader, has been obliged to retire, and has taken up a position near a Manchurian station The Chinese commander has warned the Bolsheviks that the invasion of Chinese territory will be regarded as an act of war, declaring that Semonov's force represents the Russian Provisional Government which is recognised. ~ , , Cossacks arrested the Bolshevik leaders at Blagovyeshcheusk and disarmed the forces.

A TRAGIC END.
RUSSIAN FLEET ABANDONED. London, March 12. The Soviet has received a tragic and significant description of the abandoned fleet at Helsingfors. The crews melted awav, and only one watch on each ?hip was "left. The dreadnoughts were going to Kronstadt, and the other vessels were left to the care of Finland, which is practicallv in German hands. The Aurora and Diana (20-knot cruisers ouilt m 1902) were dismantled, and the sailors looted the movables.
