PEACE OFFER TO MONTENEGRO. REJECTED WITH CONTEMPT. Reuter Service. Received March 10, 5.5 p.m. London, March 9. The Montenegrin Minister of War, in a letter to the press, indignantly denies the rumor that Montenegro may /conclude a peace with the Central Powers. He mentions that 2000 Montenegrins are 'fighting on the French front, and adds that lie Central Powers have formally offered the Montenegrin Government peace, which offer was rejected with contempt
