PARK FETE.
TO-DAY'S EFFORT. Attention ia drawn to an alteration in tho arrangements for the Pirk Gymkhana today. The procession, which was previously announced to leave the Melbourne corner at 1 o'clock, will not leave until 1.30. All motorista are invited to join in the procession, but to avoid congestion only competing cars and cycles will be allowed to enter the park grounds. All cars for the procession are requested to oe at the [starting point at 1.15. Tho Citizens' Baud will head the procession, which will go direct to the park via Liardet street.
