Received Feb. 5, 8.50 p.m. Berne, March 4, Newspapers are drawing attention to a remarkable instance of German propaganda, whereby many officers .in the Swiss army are the recipients of serious pamphlets upholding German military discipline and the virtues of German militarism for emulation by other countries, inasmuch as they embody all the manly qualities most admirable in soldiers and civilians. All the pamphlets were printed in the North German Gazette office-
