Renter's J ussy correspondent wires that the Crown Council, the King- presiding, decided to reply to the enemy ultimatum, received on .Vlareh "1, that Roumunia had decided to enter on .peace negotiations with the Central Powers. The conference will open shortly at Bucharest. TERMS MUST BE ACCEPTABLE OTHERWISE EXTREME RESISTANCE Received March (J, 1.50 a.m. London, March 5. Le Temps' .Tassy correspondent states that Avarescn declares he is deterinined not to sijjn a peace at any price. If the enemy terms are unacceptable, Rou!njuiia will see the utility of extreme resistance, which might cost the Central Powers dear. ARMISTICE ACCEPTED. Received March 5, 11 p.m. Reuter Service. New York, March 5. Berlin official: The Roumanians have accepted the armistice conditions.
