WEATHER REDUCES FIGHTING. I i Rome. March 4. Mr. Jeffries reports that snow, rain and fogs have reduced fighting on the Italian fronts. PRISONERS SHOT IN GROUPS. Received March C, 1.50 a.m. Rome, March 5. According to the Volta Agency, the Austrians eourt-martialled and shot hundreds of prisoners. Groups are now shot daily in the Lavine valley.
