The Cost of Living Commission recommended the firing of the price of wheat at 33s per 2001b (equal to 9s 7 A per 'bushel), also the mixirg of wheat and maizo flour for war bread. I The Minister of Railways said the. Government was not prepared to fix the price, 'but would introduce a Bill providing for the compulsory mixing of 1 witcat *Ei maize.
