A correspondent .states: The weather for Mr. Newton King's Inglewood sale on Wednesday February 27, was all that could be desired, and there was a strong muster of the public to compete for the stock offered. Of the latter there was but a small number of weanera, ' mostly of Inferior quality. Though the deimmd for this class was keen, the larger cattle were not so much sought after There was a full yarding of lambs, nearly all of which were sold at satisfactory prices. One particularly choice pen of shorn Lincoln-Romneys reached 15s lOd. i The demand for good ewes is still maintained, arid anything in the way of fat sheep finds a ready market One line of fat wethers brought 31s Taken Altogether, it was a good for good quality of stock of all kinds, and most of the lots left Uio yards for new homes.
